Mennonite Housing Breaks Ground On Lancaster Square In Park City, Kansas

Adjacent to a new senior center, the affordable senior living community will comprise 50 residential units.

Nonprofit affordable housing developer Mennonite Housing (Wichita, Kan.) started construction on Lancaster Square, an affordable senior living community in Park City, Kan., according to kwch.com.

The community is being built adjacent to a new senior center and will house 50 units, including 29 two-bedroom units and 21 one-bedroom apartments.

Amenities will include an arts and crafts room, community room, elevators, fitness area, and library.

The project is expected to be completed in 2027.
