The Link at Columbia Senior Residences affordable community has opened in Decatur, Ga., according to fox5atlanta.com.
The 62+ active adult community is an addition to Columbia Senior Residences at Decatur East, which opened in 2018.
The new five-story community houses 80 one- and two-bedroom units, half of which are designated for low-income seniors. Amenities include a business center, community room, fitness center, and outdoor courtyard.
