Belmont Village Senior Living (Houston) announced the topping out of Belmont Village Rancho Santa Fe in Santa Fe, Calif., according to a news release.
The 3-story, 187,420-square-foot luxury senior living community is on track to open this year and houses 185 independent living, assisted living, and memory care units.
Layouts range from studios to 2.5-bedroom, standalone casitas. Amenities include chef-led signature dining, a fitness center, resort-style pool, screening room, art studio, library, salon, and outdoor wellness spaces.
The project team includes HPI Architecture (designer; San Diego) and W.E. O’Neil Construction (builder; Chicago).
