Legacy Senior Apartments, a new 55+ active adult senior living community, debuted in Lockhart, Texas, according to the Lockhart Post-Register.
The community is opening in phases, with the first set of units now completed, according to operator Beacon Management (Omaha, Neb.).
When complete, the project will comprise 172 units, including 82 one-bedroom floor plans and 90 two-bedroom units.
Amenities will include a large social room for gatherings, dining area with serving kitchen, library, movie theater, craft room, billiards room, fitness center, and pool.
