Stantec (Vancouver, B.C., Canada) has been awarded the design contract for Cottonwoods Long-Term Care Facility in Kelowna, B.C., Canada, according to a news release.

The $150 million project will be completed in phases and replace the existing Cottonwoods Care Centre, which was built in 1976 and houses 221 beds, according to a news release from the Government of British Columbia.
