Affordable housing developer Dominium (Scottsdale, Ariz.) has opened Suncrest Vista at Canyon Trails, a new affordable senior living community in Goodyear, Ariz., according to a news release from the Maricopa County government.
The 55+ community houses 261 residential units with a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floorplans.
Amenities include a community room, salon, theater, fitness center, community garden, and walking paths.
