Bethany Village, an independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in Horseheads, N.Y., is set to begin construction on an expansion to its assisted living facility, The Courtyards, according to mytwintiers.com.
The project comprises more than 4,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, including a new lobby, activity area, and living room with fireplace.
Outdoor amenities will include a covered porch, screened porch, outdoor seating with a water/fire feature, walking path, porte cochère, and parking lot.
Construction is expected to be completed by summer 2026.
