Charter Senior Living (Naperville, Ill.) held a grand opening for Charter Senior Living of West Bend, in West Bend, Wis., according to gmtoday.com.
The community’s 114 residential units comprise 50 independent living units and 44 assisted living apartments, as well as a 20-unit memory care neighborhood.
Amenities include a theater room, salon, fitness and wellness center, and multiple dining spaces. A secured outdoor space with games and seating is accessible to memory care residents.
The project team includes DMK Development (development partner with Charter; Manitowoc, Wis.) and American Construction Services (general contractor; West Bend, Wis.).
