Viva Bene St. Peters, St. Peters, Missouri
Viva Bene is a 55+ active-adult brand launched in 2022 by Avenue (Indianapolis), a full-service real estate, construction and investment firm. Translated from Italian, “Viva Bene” means “live well” and reflects ideas of comfort, community, and quality of life.
The mid-market senior living model is designed for adults seeking a socially connected lifestyle with access to wellness services and preventive healthcare. Viva Bene collaborates with Sevi Health (New Haven, Conn.) to provide health services, including primary care, chronic care management, and care navigation and engagement, which are integrated into residents’ daily life.
Residential, amenity features at Viva Bene St. Peters
Opened in early 2025 in a fast-growing suburb of St. Louis, the 200,000-square-foot Viva Bene St. Peters community houses 161 units, including one- and two-bedroom unit options.
Additionally, the community offers co-working niches and amenity spaces, such as pools, pickleball courts, and picnic areas, to support social engagement opportunities. The community is also situated near parks and hiking trails, shopping, dining, and entertainment.
WellVB Hub
A centerpiece of the community is the WellVB Hub, which includes a fully appointed gym; studio space for exercise, yoga and meditation classes; and a learning center offering healthy cooking workshops.
An on-site clinic comprises three private consultation rooms, a separate workroom, private restroom, and lobby, allowing the space to function as a fully independent clinic if needed.
Access is available directly from the parking lot as well as the residential portion of the building. The clinic also has direct access to the Learning Center, supporting opportunities for educational programming
