Snowy Owl Commons 55+ Community Opens In Lafayette, Indiana

Co-developers Area IV Development (Lafayette, Ind.) and Keller Development (Fort Wayne, Ind.) opened Snowy Owl Commons, a new affordable senior living community in Lafayette, Ind., according to starcitytv.com.

The project consists of one community building and 11 residential buildings housing 50 two-bedroom units for residents ages 55+. The community is on a nearly 10-acre site and includes amenities such as pickleball courts, raised gardens, and walking trails.

Area IV Development is a division of Area IV Agency on Aging & Community Action, a nonprofit social service organization.
