Aspendale Communities (Centennial, Colo.), an active adult housing brand launched by owner/developer Headwaters Group (Denver), is preparing to open Aspendale Northglenn, a new 55+ active adult senior living community in Northglenn, Colo., according to a news release.
The community is expected to welcome its first residents in early 2026.
The project, which began construction in April 2024, includes 172 residential units in a 4-story building as well as a 2-story, 8,800-square-foot clubhouse housing lifestyle and wellness spaces.
