Ivy Living (Irvine, Calif.) opened The Ivy at Berkeley, a new independent living, assisted living, and memory care senior community in Berkeley, Calif., according to a news release.
The 6-story, 113-unit community includes a bistro, bar, private dining room, art studio, salon, spa, fitness center and physical therapy studio, movie theater, and activity room.
Outdoor amenities include resident gardens, a courtyard and outdoor terraces. A sky terrace and sky lounge offer views of the Golden Gate Bridge, Mount Tamalpais, and the San Francisco skyline.
