Owner/operator The Village of St. Edward (Wadsworth, Ohio) held a groundbreaking ceremony to mark the start of construction on a new senior living community in Brimfield Township, Ohio, according to akron.com.
The project will house 107 assisted living and memory care units, with plans to open to residents by early 2027.
The project team includes co-developers DeHoff Development (North Canton, Ohio) and Lemmon Development (Canton, Ohio), GBC Design (architect; Akron), and McKinley Construction (builder; North Canton, Ohio).
