Luxury home builder Toll Brothers (Horsham, Pa.) plans to develop Regency at Sienna, a new 55+, active adult community in Missouri City, Texas, according to a news release.
The master-planned community will consist of single-family homes ranging from approximately 1,500 to 3,000 square feet, a pool, fitness center, and pickleball courts.
