Luxury home builder Toll Brothers (Horsham, Pa.) is set to begin construction on Rivington by Toll Brothers – The Meadows Collection, a 55+ senior living community expansion in Danbury, Conn., according to a news release.
The project will include three- and four-bedroom townhome units up to 2,594 square feet, with first-floor primary bedroom suites, open-concept floor plans, and optional finished basements.
The Meadows Collection neighborhood will connect to the Rivington by Toll Brothers community with access to amenities including a 15,000-square-foot clubhouse, outdoor pools, an indoor lap pool, walking trails, and courts for bocce, tennis, and pickleball.
