Beverly Village For Living & The Arts Opens With 85 Affordable Senior Living Units In Beverly, Massachusetts

Co-developers Beacon Communities (Boston) and Harborlight Homes (Beverly, Mass.) held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark the opening of Beverly Village for Living & the Arts intergenerational community in a former historic school building in Beverly, Mass., according to connectcre.com.

The adaptive reuse project transformed the former Briscoe School, originally built in 1923, into a 3-story affordable senior living community. The project houses 85 units and six live/work studios with an artist occupancy preference.
