McFarlan Villages Affordable Senior Living Community Unveils Renovations In Flint, Michigan

The $45 million project includes upgrades to community and outdoor spaces and residential units.

McFarlan Villages, affordable senior living community, held a ribbon cutting ceremony and grand opening celebration to mark the completion of a $45 million renovation project in Flint, Mich., according to the website mlive.com.

The senior living community is the result of a collaboration between nonprofit McFarlan Charitable Corporation (Flint) and faith-based, nonprofit owner and operator Presbyterian Villages of Michigan (Southfield, Mich.).

Building renovations include improvements to community spaces and outdoor areas as well as upgrades to residential units, including new flooring, appliances, and cabinetry.

The project also includes safety and security enhancements.

McFarlan Villages comprises two buildings, one for 55+ residents and the other for 62+ residents.
