The Housing Authority of Joliet (Joliet, Ill.) opened Stevenson Crossing, a new affordable senior living community in Joliet, Ill., according to the Herald-News.
The 65+ independent living community houses 133 units, a fitness center, movie theater, and small grocery store in a fully renovated and repurposed former public housing project.
