Developer Pivotal Housing Partners (West Chester, Ohio) held a groundbreaking ceremony to mark the start of construction on Foster Senior Lofts in Elyria, Ohio, according to The Morning Journal.
The 55+ independent living community will house 46 units, including 24 one-bedroom units and 22 two-bedroom units. Amenities will include a community room and outdoor pavilion area.
The project team will comprise architecture and design firm BDCL Architects (West Chester), engineering firm Mannik & Smith Group (North Canton, Ohio), and builder Ruscilli Construction (Dublin, Ohio).
