The Watermark at Bellevue, Bellevue, Washington

The Watermark at Bellevue opened a new 22-story independent living tower in July 2024 on its campus in Bellevue, Wash. The tower joins the community’s existing assisted living and memory care services to provide a comprehensive range of care options to seniors in the Bellevue area.

Designed by architecture and interior design firm RD Jones Interior Design & Architecture (Baltimore), the independent living tower is designed to offer a luxury hotel-like experience. Services include a bellman, doorman, and valet parking, as well as multiple dining and amenity spaces such as a café, public-facing bistro, lounge, and library.

The expansion houses 155 residential units with studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom models; modern, full-size kitchens; stainless-steel appliances; and in-unit washer/dryers.

Expansive windows throughout the community frame scenic views of the Pacific Northwest, including Lake Washington, downtown Bellevue, and the mountains.
