Charter Senior Living (Naperville, Ill.) has taken over management of two senior living communities in Indiana owned by real estate development, construction, and investment firm Avenue (Indianapolis), according to a news release.
The two communities are Charter Senior Living of Gateway Park in Greenfield, Ind., and Charter Senior Living of Hobbs Station in Plainfield, Ind.
Gateway Park is a 10-acre campus offering 176 units ranging from independent living cottages to assisted living and memory care units.
Hobbs Station opened in January 2025 and houses 90 assisted living and memory care units on a 125-acre site in a master-planned community.
Both communities offer onsite amenities including multiple dining venues, theaters, meeting and activity spaces, fitness equipment, and salons.
