Development partners USA Properties Fund (Roseville, Calif.) and The Pinyon Group (Los Angeles) have opened Vintage at Marja Acres, a senior living community in Carlsbad, Calif., according to a news release.
Part of a 20-acre mixed-use development that includes townhouses, a park and commercial spaces, the 3-story 55+ community houses 47 units, a community room, and wellness and health center.
