2Life Communities (Brighton, Mass.) is on track to start construction in early 2026 on Brooke House at Olmstead Village in Mattapan, Mass., according to a news release.
The affordable senior living community will house 127 units, a village center, and fitness/wellness programs. About 2,400 square feet will be a publicly accessible community space with a convenience store.
The project is part of Olmsted Village, the redevelopment of the final 10 acres of the former Boston State Hospital Campus.
MASS Design Group (Boston) is the project architect.
