Juanita H. Gardner Village, an affordable senior living community, opened in Adamsville, Ga., according to the website wsbradio.com.
Named in honor of Juanita H. Gardner, a long-time neighborhood association leader and community activist, the 3-story community houses 108 independent living units.
The project team includes affordable housing provider Atlanta Housing (Atlanta) and developers Invest Atlanta (Atlanta) and Georgia Department of Community Affairs (Atlanta).
