Developers Hillwood Communities (Dallas) and Cross Development (Carrollton, Texas) have received zoning approval from the Little Elm Town Council to build a 62+ affordable senior living community as part of a master-planned development in Little Elm, Texas, according to the Little Elm Journal.
The 4-story project will include approximately 198 one- and two-bedroom units.
