Sunrise Senior Living (McLean, Va.) has revived plans for a new senior living community in Rye Brook, N.Y., that had stalled for years under a previous developer, according to Greenwich Time.
The project consists of 126 independent living units, 20 townhouse units, and 85 assisted living units on an 18-acre site. The plans include demolishing an existing office building.
