Principal and owner Mike Miller of firm Rice Fergus Miller Inc. (RFM; Bremerton, Wash.) has retired.

During his 19-year tenure with the firm Miller integrated the senior housing, healthcare, and hospitality design practices to form the combined studio, known as H3. Prior to RFM he worked at NBBJ (Seattle).

He became an owner in 2002, joining Steve Rice, principal and firm founder, and David Fergus, principal and owner.

Principals Jennifer Fleming and Greg Belding currently co-lead the firm’s operations.
