The Watermark at Coral Gables, a forthcoming luxury senior living community, will open southwest of Miami as part of Watermark Retirement Communities’ Élan Collection portfolio. The 256,775 -square-foot community includes independent living, assisted living, and memory care.

Mindful of the city’s celebrated architecture, Lemay + Escobar Architecture (New York) worked to balance the Mediterranean Revival style with elegant, contemporary finishes. These are exhibited through archways in first-floor promenades and mosaic tile accents and moldings along the walls and ceilings.

The eight-story, 196-unit project is within walking distance to the area’s cultural and entertainment districts. On property, residents can enjoy a selection of five dining venues. In addition, the community includes a resort-style pool and lounge, a screening room, library, salon and spa, wellness center, and fitness center.
