The Delaney at The Green is set to open in early 2023 in Florham Park, N.J., approximately 25 miles east of Manhattan. The 9.8-acre site is nestled in the master-planned community, The Green at Florham Park, and will include 128 upscale independent living units, 58 assisted living units, and 34 memory care units.

The 308,042-square-foot community, designed by architecture firm Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners (Lambertville, N.J.) and interior design firm StudioSix5 (Austin, Texas), will integrate contemporary elements rarely seen in senior living such as a centrally located clubhouse with an expansive two-story gallery and a dining terrace with an indoor/outdoor bar. Mixed with the contemporary elements will be more traditional architectural features complementary of The Green at Florham Park master-planned campus, including wood beam ceilings and a partially brick facade.

The amenity offering will focus on delivering life-enriching experiences to the next generation of seniors and their family members via multiple dining venues (including a pub with full bar, private dining rooms, and a bistro), two multipurpose rooms, a club room/library, wellness area with a fitness center, theater/classroom, and an arts and crafts studio. Secure, underground parking will also be available.
