Convivial Life (Venice, Fla.), a nonprofit senior living organization, is planning to expand Jacaranda Trace, a senior living community in Venice, according to the website heraldtribune.com.

The project will add two mid-rise towers with 78 independent living units and a five-story tower with 64 residential-style assisted living units.

Floor plans will include one-, two-, and three-bedroom options, each with a private outdoor terrace.

The new assisted living building, planned to be built adjacent to the community’s existing assisted living and memory care cottages, will offer 18 private suites for member-exclusive skilled nursing services.

The towers will have underground parking and elevator access to each residence, a courtyard for outdoor entertainment and recreation, heated leisure and activity pool, outdoor pavilion, and a covered breezeway to access a renovated member’s clubhouse.

The senior living addition is expected to be completed by the end of 2027.
