Affordable Senior Living Community Planned For Georgia
Investment firm Monarch Private Capital (MPC) (Atlanta) is partnering with Dominium (Plymouth, Minn.), an affordable housing provider and The Beverly J. Searles Foundation (Atlanta), a not-for-profit developer and owner of multifamily housing for seniors and disabled residents, to open an affordable senior living community for residents age 55+ in Lawrenceville, Ga.
The $50 million project, Grayson Ridge, will feature 240 units with a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom options.
The community is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2022.
