Developer Oppidan (Excelsior, Minn.) is planning a 92-unit senior living community, in Santa Cruz, Calif., according to an article in Good Times.

Situated on 6.6 acres, the community will feature a mix of independent living, assisted living, and memory care units. The two- and three-story residential buildings will surround a central common area with an urban garden.

The project’s design will be inspired by the Central Coast’s Monterey revivalist and California’s modernist architecture of the early 20th century, according to the Good Times article.
